By creating an account and using WinPath you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
WinPath provides capture management tools for federal government contractors, including pipeline tracking, RFP analysis, document chat, and team collaboration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
Do not use WinPath to submit false information to government agencies, generate fraudulent proposals, or engage in any activity that violates federal acquisition regulations. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own your data. WinPath does not claim any intellectual property rights over the pipeline data, notes, or documents you enter into the system. We store your data to provide the service and for no other purpose.
WinPath is a workflow tool to assist with capture management. It is not a substitute for legal, compliance, or proposal writing advice. Always verify all RFP requirements, deadlines, and eligibility criteria against the official solicitation documents on SAM.gov. WinPath is not liable for missed deadlines, non-compliant proposals, or lost contracts.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of WinPath after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
